Locke Vineyards Dinner

Every other weekend, V Restaurant and bar has taken to serving a lovely menu designed to compliment a Murphys local winery.

This week, meaning this evening, we are featuring Locke Vineyards and this lovely menu:

Wednesday March 14
Four Courses ~ $50 Per Person

first course
green papaya salad with shredded carrot, sweet chili shrimp, cilantro, cherry tomatoes and a lime-fish sauce vinaigrette ~ paired with Viognier

second course
kalbi (korean short rib) stew with beech mushrooms and baby bok choy
~ paired with Sequoia

third course
asian lamb meatballs, garlic and bacon fried jasmine rice,
kimchi, crispy carrots, pea shoots ~ paired with Cabernet Sauvignon

fourth course
flourless chocolate cake with wasabi, candied ginger,
blackberry lemongrass ice cream
~ paired with Dessert Zinfandel
